Terms of Service

Paid Apollo is a monthly membership for people building e-commerce businesses, operated from California, USA. Depending on your plan, it includes monthly review allowances (product, ad, and store reviews, plus Scaling Coach checks), the course, the members-only Discord community, and on the Pro plan, private 1-on-1 calls, the supplier list, priority reviews, and direct message access. By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Monthly subscription. Your plan renews and charges automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for: you keep full access until that date, you aren't charged again, and you can undo the cancel any time before it. Payments already made aren't refunded.
• Skip a month.Instead of cancelling you can skip your next month: no charge and no access during the skipped month, and billing and access resume automatically. You can undo a skip before it starts, or end it early by resuming (which charges the month you're starting).
• Failed payments.If a renewal fails we retry your card for a short grace period, during which access continues. If payment can't be collected, your membership ends.
• Upgrades. Upgrading mid-month charges a prorated difference and takes effect immediately.
• Price changes. If prices change, your existing subscription keeps its price unless we tell you otherwise in advance.

Review pools and Scaling Coach checks are monthly allowances that refresh with each paid month. Unused allowances don't roll over, and they end when your membership ends or during a skipped month. They're for your own business — not a service to resell.

Verdicts, reviews, and coaching calls are experienced-based opinions provided for education. They are not financial, investment, or legal advice, and no verdict is a promise that a product, ad, or store will succeed. Parts of the review process may be produced or assisted by AI and automated systems. Every decision — what to test, what to spend, when to stop — is yours.

We teach what has worked for us and review your work honestly. E-commerce involves real risk, including losing money on products and ads that don't work. Your results depend on your own execution, budget, market conditions, and effort. We make no guarantee of income, revenue, or results, and anything shown from other members (including verified revenue badges and testimonials) is their result, not a promise of yours.

• One account per member, for one person — accounts aren't shared, and you're responsible for what happens under yours.
• Keep your login credentials to yourself and give us accurate information.
• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a contract.

The course, review frameworks, supplier list, and other member materials are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your personal use as a member. Don't share, publish, resell, or redistribute them — including sharing the supplier list or course material outside your own business. That's the fastest way to lose your membership.

What you submit stays yours. You give us the permission needed to host, process, and review it — that's what makes the service work. Wins you submit through the win-sharing form may be featured as testimonials, as stated on that form.

Be someone worth having in the room. Don't harass other members, spam the community, scrape or mass-download content, probe or abuse the systems, submit unlawful content, or use the service to break the law (including platform policies of Meta, Shopify, TikTok, or Discord). The Discord server is part of the membership — its rules and Discord's own terms apply there.

You can cancel any time, effective at period end. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms — including account sharing or redistributing member content — without refunding the current period. When membership ends for any reason, access to member content, allowances, and the members-only Discord role ends with it.

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages — including business losses from acting on reviews or course material. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in California courts.

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the effective date above and let members know; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the changes. Questions: support@paidapollo.com.
